This would not be a simple enough trip with
accommodations plus the fuel and route planning required up front. Visa's and vaccinations
should not be necessary.
There might be some route changes up north by Tromso due to Fjord crossings
to check (if they exist)

to Kristiansen 4100 miles in country finishing with DFDS Ferries from
Amsterdam back to Newcastle which will include 780 miles in the UK
home to port and back again.

it but if we didn't it would come in at £25.

from my experience in
Norway you can camp anywhere outside of the cities except for the home
pasture of a farm and fields which haven't been harvested, so you don't
need to worry if you don't make it to your next intended stop. There are
many campsites, however, and most also have basic cabins sleeping two,
four, or more people - useful for the occasional evening of lounging
